01The idea

Every domain starts with a name.

NullDotSol lets you launch a token around an available domain. Creator fees generated through Pump.fun are directed to that token's dedicated domain treasury, helping fund its eventual registration.

Choosing a domain doesn't buy it. Availability is checked with a registrar when you search, and nothing is reserved. A registration is only attempted later, once the token's treasury can pay for it and the purchase has been approved.

02How it works

From a name to a registered domain.

Five steps. Domain search works today; the rest are built and tested but not switched on. Each step says how far it has got.
  1. 01 / Discover

Find a name that's still free.

Search for a domain available for registration. The answer comes from a registrar at the moment you ask.

    Available now · read-only
  2. 02 / Launch

    Create its token on Pump.fun.

The token is created through the Pump.fun protocol, with its domain treasury set as the creator-fee recipient — once live execution is enabled.

    Preparation only
  3. 03 / Trade

    One market, wherever it's traded.

The token trades on its Pump.fun market. Buying through NullDotSol uses the same mint and the same market, not a copy.

    Planned · not live
  4. 04 / Fund

    Creator fees fill its treasury.

The creator fees configured for the token go to its own domain treasury. Fees reach the treasury; trading volume does not.

    Locally verified · not live
  5. 05 / Acquire

    Registration, if it's earned.

Once the treasury can cover the domain, NullDotSol may try to register it — subject to governance approval, current availability and payment. It is never guaranteed.

03The infrastructure

Three systems. One purpose.

NullDotSol is built from three parts that work together. Each is labelled with where it runs today: publicly, only in local tests, or not yet.
  • A / Domain discovery

    Real registrar availability checks.

    • Checks the exact name you type. No suggestions, no invented results.
    • Shows registration and renewal prices when the registrar provides them.
    • Excludes premium names, timestamps every answer, and re-checks on the server before launch preparation.
    • Provider-neutral, so more registrars can be added.
    Public · read-only
  • B / Token infrastructure

    Pump.fun-native launch preparation.

    • Prepares launches for the Pump.fun protocol: one mint, one market.
    • Sets the token's domain treasury as its creator-fee recipient at creation.
    • Sends every action through a single execution gate, currently set to preparation only.
    Preparation only · launching off
  • C / Treasury infrastructure

Custody and governance for every token.

    • Gives each token a dedicated receiving vault.
    • Requires a Squads multisig quorum for any spend.
    • Counts only verified receipts toward a treasury's balance.
    Locally verified · not deployed

Locally verified means tested against the real compiled programs in an isolated test validator — never on devnet or mainnet. No independent audit has been carried out.

04Trading & creator fees · planned · not live

One token. One market.

A NullDotSol token trades on Pump.fun, wherever it's bought. Its creator fees are directed to the token's dedicated domain treasury, through Pump.fun fee sharing.
  • Pump.fun is the only venue. Tokens created through NullDotSol are meant to use the same mint and the same market as on Pump.fun. There is no separate NullDotSol market.
  • Creator fees go to the treasury. The creator fees configured for a token are directed to its domain treasury. Pump.fun sets their rate; the value of a trade stays in the market.
  • A separate, disclosed interface fee. Creator fees go to the domain treasury. Trades made through NullDotSol may include an additional interface fee, shown before confirmation. It applies only to supported trades on this website, and it is not being collected.
  • Nothing is flowing yet. Live launches aren't enabled, so no creator fees are being paid to any treasury.

05Domain treasury

Each token gets its own treasury.

A token's creator fees land in a receiving vault that belongs to that token alone. Spending from it needs approval from a multisig, and only verified receipts count toward its balance.
  • Isolated by design. Money in one token's vault can't pay for another token's domain.
  • Owned by NullDotSol. A domain registered this way belongs to NullDotSol, not to the token's creator or holders.

Tested with the real Squads program in an isolated local validator. No multisig or vault exists on devnet or mainnet yet, and no treasury holds funds.

Notices

In development. NullDotSol runs in preparation-only mode: no token is launched and nothing here is live trading data. Nothing here is financial advice.

Risk. Tokens launched on Pump.fun are highly speculative and can lose all value. Funding a domain treasury does not guarantee a domain is acquired.

Domains. Domains acquired through treasuries are owned and controlled by NullDotSol — not by token creators or holders.

$NULL launches separately on Pump.fun. Third-party names identify technologies the code works with; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
